UPDATE: the owner reached out and took responsibility to resolve.First, their online booking tool wasn't working (looks like it's fixed now), so I emailed to get a quote and even followed up on that email again, and never received a response, so I finally decided to call because I wanted to get my car seats shampooed and this place had good reviews. I got scheduled, but when I showed up, they didn't have me down. But they were able to squeeze me in, which was great! But I was quoted $175-225 when I dropped off my car, which was no problem, but when I picked up my car they tried to say I was quoted $225 - $275 so I reminded them and they asked me to pay the high end of $225. They ended up cleaning my entire interior (not what I asked for). Okay, no problem, I paid the $225 because my car did look good, however, it did not smell fresh. I kept my windows down to air out for days, but my car still smells musty 5 days later. It did not smell like this before 🙁
I have never gotten a car detail before coming here. My car was a mess! Food crums, stains on the seats, etc. I was just looking to get my seats shampooed and the floor vacuumed. I was seriously blown away by how well these guys did. I have a big husky and had dog fur absolutely caked in the seats and carpet. I’ve utilized a couple mobile car detailing services that were adequate but these guys really took it up a notch.

I showed up to my scheduled appointment and nobody was there. Nobody called me or answered the phone when I called. I asked the tire guy and he directed me to the green building, nobody was there. The appointment was paid for in advance And accepted I paid $259.99 and did not receive service. I have filed a police report.Update: I attempted to schedule the complementary service that was offered and had no luck.
